Honestly, aside from the pay, everything else is either great, fair or reasonable. However, pay will be the biggest factor if I ever choose to leave the company.

Most of my team have similar personalities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free lunch and a talkative manager makes the day go by fast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is looking forward to doing the work and getting it done quickly yet accurately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Director is passionate about the team she is creating and does not miss a beat.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is lower than market average for my experience, by about $10-15K. The RSU, potential for bonus, free lunch and free parking helps offset some costs, but even $10k more makes a world of difference for me.
