Crusoe is in a growth stage, it is painful right now. There seems to be a lot of chaos around new hires and conflicting directions from teams that collaborate. We are all working toward the same goal which is awesome, but it feels like we are playing little kids soccer - all going for the ball

We are doing amazing things, the growth here is awesome

We all have a high level of ownership for the work we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To my leadership team, appreciation and trust. they know I will give the best solution and be flexible to all needs that arise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am compensated the same as people on my team that are 2 titles below me with a much lighter workload and less responsibilities. I am trying to be humble and acknowledge that what we are doing here is amazing. But it feels like a splinter in my finger, that i cannot dig out of my hand.
