What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stocks. It allows us to truly feel invested in the company. If we do better, we all gain from it, together.

We all have similar characteristics and hobbies. We help each other as much as possible and will do more than the other expect from us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel heard. I feel like they've got my back. If I'm struggling, they encourage me in the right direction. Best leadership I've ever been apart of.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all pushing each other to do better. We're not a stagnant bunch. We're actively pursuing progress, we are life long learners, we feel confidant that our ideas will be heard and considered, even in other departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have genuinely lost track of time here and stayed an extra hour by accident. I'm just heavily invested in the success of our company. I look forward to my job each morning and I can't say that about other companies. New opportunities to help the company keep me coming back.
