Overall it is a very positive experience and I am glad I moved to Crusoe from my last company. I feel challenged and know that my work is meaningful. Great team, great manager. One thing though, is the 5 days mandatory in office is a bit tough and wish there was flexibility (3 days in office)

My overall experience has been good so far. Everyone is incredibly talented and it motivates me to work hard. The company is extremely fast pace, which is good and bad. The 5 days in office is a bit difficult as it would be easier to manage 3 days in office.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works tirelessly and brings everyone up. The culture is great with like minded and intelligent people. I learn a lot from everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to use different AI tools, I get access to Windsurf, Claude Code, Gemini, and Asana to uplift my work. I can create and automate my tasks easily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about the goals of the company, the goals of the team, and they answer questions thoughtfully. The leadership team is one of the most intelligent group of people I have ever seen at a company.
