I like that management is quick to diffuse tension no matter where it is in the center. Monthly meetings also help as far as people being able to just vent about frustrations we encounter either w/ donors or co-workers.
Employees overall well educated and professional. Emphasis on the patient. Gym onsite
The communication that upper managements shares down with the production employees

the remaining members of my old crew are the most hard working and feel that the company is mistreating them, they are overworked and understaffed as the center is trying to hire more employees and to train them, its hard dur to high volume of donors and pcs 2s all out of service.
We work very well as a cohesive team on the floor. Everyone is willing to help others and assure we are obtaining the best samples safely from donors.
The best things about my team are that we can work together and get our job done in a timely and efficient matter
