- What's the best part of your job at CSL?Not sure. The low wage? Zero mentorship? No planning for advancement? No childcare benefits? The employee paid benefits? I would say helping patients, but really that's just the companies profits. They have no care and concern for their employees or the families of employees. It's pretty depressing, actually very depressing. My financial situation is pushing me over the edge.Occasionally we will get free food.
