Pay is good, above market
because I do a great job and my job makes Dell Technologies win many deals. and at the end of the day I do not get anything. this role in other companies gets triple the compensation
no recognition at all in my org, working in same level from last 6+ years, even though i'm a top performer in my team
I have not been provided stock options even after working for 4 years
getting RSU's again. I am highly rated and last 3 years no new RSU
stocks not given. hr will try to under cut your pay.

More base pay, and a real HR vs outsourced, with real career paths that don't exist unless you are part of Billy S EMC core teams that sell little and cost the co 2/3 of heads in field/sales teams. Comp and bonuses that are realistic to achieve.

Even though dell is earning record revenues they are not benefitting employees. Hike percentage is equal to inflation
