The bonus is the only part that makes my overall compensation come close to meeting comps. So the bonus really isn’t a bonus but it’s still not guaranteed

Sr executives need to stop trying to make names for themselves by pushing ridiculous and unrealistic projects on the company. This is causing stressful work environments.
