  • Poorly. Most tickets are closed before an HR rep even contacts the employee. In many cases multiple tickets are required to get an even mediocre result. The HR monkeys live on a different planet and have no standards of competence.

Needs to be able to communicate effectively with many people who represent different interests and goals, effective influencer. Good at presenting thoughts. Reliable.
