Asked to the HR Department at Dillard's

  • She takes personal problems out on employees, even if you preform your job she feels like you need to push you down at least once a week. She demands overtime without pay and when confronted she threatens your job. The overall moral is horrible. She removed Full time on workers that earned it because she believes that more part time will be more useful even though it hasn't been. also she is and has been driving the people that enjoy dillards out the store because of her abuse.
