It's stressful. You never feel like your job is secure. Especially because there is no hr department

Depends on the store.
How do you feel about going to work at Dillard's everyday?
I can't answer this. Just because I would feel this way with any job. One day I won't want to go. One day I will. I will say it is rewarding making a personal connection with a customer which does help me.most of the time.
