What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Selfish no care and the popular answer from higher ups is "not my problem" no wonder non of the techs care about their work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that we are force on 6 day work weeks and I spend a lot of time away from my family out of state at other sites so that guys aren't forced in to it that don't want to help and the fact that I no longer have time with my kids is very upsetting and doing things we normally don't do for free
