What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Over booking of jobs each and every single day leading to 12+hour shifts and 6 day work weeks are a problem and workforce management skills by those making important decisions are lacking

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Feel undervalued because provisioning doesn't care about the repercussions of doing a horrible job on their end and expect tech's to just deal with it. Would feel better about compensation if the pay scale was remotely close to what it used to be before AT&T took over
