It was awesome working for DIRECTV. Those days are gone though
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance is horrible. We get fewer raises since AT&T bought DIRECTV. Even though we are Union now.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We are now the ATT culture. That can’t be fixed. Either conform to being a robot or move on
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work well together. Since ATT bought Directv there is a culture of fear. The fired over 700 employees at my call center after the “ merger.”
