What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well we don’t really work together so there isn’t much to improve
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My leadership team forces me to got to customers houses on my own time to avoid service calls instead of calling Directv. I would like my leadership team to stop having me work in unsafe conditions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My bosses make it my fault when there is no line of sight at homes. I don’t plant trees. Also if I wasn’t charged back on service calls against me that would be great. Sometimes it’s because homeowners have input issues. Not fair.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My company needs to focus on technicians because they are the face of the company. We install customers and make the company money. We shouldn’t be nicked and dimed for everything. Making us happy shouldn’t be a problem for anyone maybe 401k should help
