After 11 years at Directv it’s time to leave and seek different endeavors it’s was good but you guys make it difficult
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay your contractors and stop making excuses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equipment customer knowledge and being honest with both the customer and the contract installer and stop charging us back for equipment issues or customer mistakes like the tv being on the wrong input or remote controls being eaten by the customers dog.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ok first of all prices per installation have been falling instead of rising. I buy the material and installation tools and next thing you know I get to give this stuff away because you said so. Or else we are threatened with no work or even being fired because we refuse to give our material and time
