Treating your employees and even your contractors with some dignity and respect goes a long way. Comcast treat their contractors better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At&t can care less about us and ther in house employees. Contractors must sign unconstitutional contracts to ensure work. 1 DirecTV contractor must have AT&T cell service or you will be fined and or shut off (Fired) 2 Chargebacks, contractors will be charged $64 even for customer caused issues.
