
The company claims to be accommodating for all races, orientations and religious beliefs, however, this is farther from the truth. If they created a scheduling that accommodated all beliefs that would be great.
They would need to learn to not micromanage as much as they do. They would also need to stop forcing technicians to close jobs that are bogus and end up taking away bonuses from other techs
My team relies on a communication style of multiple small group texts in different regions. We get along better and are able to get through the days and make better sense of the mess that is AT&T, who is handling Directv business.
Environment is negative in the reason that the company is always creating ways, almost every week, that will take more money away from the installers in the field. Coming up with silly metrics that we have no control over, which removes us from being eligible for bonuses.
