The pay is good, the benefits are just okay.

Poor management from the top down. Fire the CEO, VP, and RDO's.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership is all politics and no substance. They don't listen to the workers at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all solid, hard-working guys. We all have each other's backs. We've had some bad eggs and we've systematically weeded them out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The tone is set by our GM and our RDO. They create an environment of unnecessary micromanagement and petty revenge. They create anxiety and resentment throughout.
