Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I come with many skills many which is applicable to a couple different areas. My pay is low compare to the average in the industry.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I see a lot of my peers taking advantage of overtime while not working and also going over on the allowed time for lunch while only clocking out 30 minutes.
