The leadership team at Divergent does a fantastic job at creating an environment that inspires collaboration and innovation. They are very strategic thinkers and support the engineers with everything we need to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Divergent is an extremely supportive and inspiring environment for innovation. Every technology is looked at from a blank canvas, and new and disruptive ideas are highly encouraged. Every brainstorm meeting is a pleasure to participate in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The talent at Divergent is incredible. Every discipline has some of the world's best engineers and I have become a much more well rounded engineer as a result of working here. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful across departments. Many of us on the team have become good friends over the years.
