While I enjoy my work, the company's plan for growth and technical ambition seems to be at odds with an unwillingness to hire vetted and identified talent from Nov 2020 to current March 2021. If there is a justification for this delay, it is not clear to me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the company is continuing to undervalue the importance of location flexibility for staffing, particularly if they want to hire and retain software talent.
