The leadership team makes very informed decisions on everything whether it is on the business development side or on the research and development side.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at Divergent is comprised of very smart individuals coming from all different backgrounds. There is always something to learn from one another and ideas are shared freely with one another, creating a group environment that is intellectually stimulating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Divergent the focus on generating new ideas and intellectual property drives each individual to start thinking very outside the box on how to improve existing processes or new, more efficient ways to go about certain processes. With this there's a lot of intellectual growth that happens.
What makes you most happy at work?
That my work is contributing towards the development of the next generational materials for an emerging technology. Not many people have the opportunity to partake in the activities that Divergent does so I am always happy that I have the opportunity to go about this and make the most of it.
