Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It's been good for the last 3 years, but it seems like it's going down, because we don't have quality workers, people that doesn't take ownership and pride in their work. Those are truly lazy, but management doesn't care to take action, when the situation is brought to their attention.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

A week paid during Christmas and New Year

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some coworkers are very nice, and helpful, and they're team player.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is very flexible, and accommodating on your needs. Although, some managers are overwhelm by the workload, we employees need to step up and help out.

What makes you most happy at work?

I'm very humble to have this job, and the CEO creativity of building a better future. There's just some component that needs to put in place to make it better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People needs to treat everyone fairly, and stop being so hypocritical. Sometime people say one thing, but they never do it. I wish that they would get more input from the employees when there's a project, or when hiring someone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are many good people, but there's are some just plainly lazy at work, and they get away with it. I don't see a good structured from management to subordinates. All I hear are bunch of good talks, but no action.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The hiring process is absurdly terrible, especially when recommending and recruiting good talent. I've recommended 2 good talented candidates, my manager/VP agreed, but never pursued the candidates; even though I have followed through in getting updates, on the hiring process. 2+ months and nothing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A better structured management, from supervisor, lead, to worker. Improve on the hiring process, we're losing talents because candidates are waiting 1-2 months for answers. We need 90 probation period for new hires, then do a test afterwards. Stop making promises, that you cannot keep

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Taking ownership of work, putting pride into their work, stop complaining and being lazy. Only couple of my co workers, that I can say are good, but the rest, no dedication, simply lazy, and doesn't take ownership in their work. I have brought this to my manager attention, yet no action.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I see many people that are paid more, and they do less work, than I do. I have confirmed and compare their wages against mine, and compare the type of work that I do. I haven't had a raise in 2 years, and some of my co worker feels the same. We don't get pay overtime, when working during the holiday
