The opportunity to work on the latest 3D metal printers. Learned new things and come up with ideas to better ourselves and our company.

What I like best about the leadership team, is that they lead by example, also we all work for a common goal side by side.

We try hard to make everything a team effort, very few of my teammates use "I". We also come up with ideas, to constantly improve our daily duties/processes .

I believe, what we are trying to create and revolutionize the automobile industries, along with our Czinger 21C, super awesome vehicle. There's a sense of pride, because we all contributed in our resent success.

The best things about our team is that we all have different skills sets that we are very good at. You put this team together, we can handle various task in our dept. and any other dept. in our company if need be.
