Manager works with her people to show that all associates and Management are a team. I dont work for the Dollar Tree I work for My Manager
We all work good together as a team
They at least try to help, but it's not enough at times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fine with all the benefits just not the management.
The best part is the medical and dental insurance

To be handling the packages, but I am not to be carrying a heavy packages, I have a bad back, and I was to handling the packages is light weight
