Ability to work from home but still go into the office for meetings or big events. $100/month stipend to spend on wellness and or things that help me work my best!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency in sharing data, plans, decisions. Willingness to do AMA's live with whole company on weekly basis. They are all seasoned business leaders. They are committed to equity and inclusion. They are accessable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly talented, well paid, highly motivated. They are smart, usually drawn to Drift's vision of "being the new face of Corporate America" and therefore are usually very open minded and extra welcoming of people of diverse backgrounds and opinions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always something new happeninf, someone awesome joining the team, some new revelation to share, cool features to ship. Everybody is building and doing awesome things and we have a weekly show n tell zoom meeting with whole company each week to show it off!
