Very approachable, willing to help each other, fun, have a lot of great interests outside of work. Have expertise in and dedication to their field.

Drift does so much to listen to the needs and put into action policies and benefits and processes to help the employees manage work and life, etc. There is flexibility when needed re: schedules, and they emphasize taking time off to recharge.
