Coming up with novel solutions to customer problems; finding a fast, reliable way to do something for a customer that would otherwise have represented significant pain.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very clear transparency around how performance bonuses are calculated; there's no fuzzy math around assigning the quarterly pay incentive, which has been generous and fairly regular throughout 2021.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very intentional about diversity and equity, there is a public and transparent conversation across channels where leadership fields anonymous and attributed questions about this topic weekly. No dirty laundry!

I work on a diverse team of peers who each have strengths that complement the deficits and areas of growth for others on the team. Very complimentary group of intellectual folks!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Highly intentional and emotionally intelligent leaders focused on the right things. There is turnover in leadership, but in a way that shows that people who are not taking care of their teams and their mission are not tolerated.
