What makes you most happy at work?
Working on different problems. Right now, I'm the only engineer on my team. Sometimes I feel pressured to finish my tasks and what is expected of me even when I hit a roadblock that kills my team a bit. I feel it's my fault for hitting the roadblock. Some problems require more time and skill...
