Very focused on solving the technical problems we know will plague our customers, rather than just solving something that is technically interesting. Also, the team is very small and mission-driven which removes egotistical behavior since we are all focused on the customer, not ourselves.
At the time, the company was still really small, so it didnt feel like a rigid process. Much more focused on how you can talk through a problem and identify various solutions rather than trying to give people esoteric questions about information they would never use.
We all really bond off of our mission to change the way businesses buy from each other, and that clarity really connects us. We also make sure every teams work is incredibly transparent with our weekly syncs so every team is recognized for their amazing work. A great company in that regard.
