What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy that we receive a fair package in way of our health benefits and some of the other perks that come with that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy that they are transparent about the business and the autonomy that they give all of our employees. We really have a say in what happens here and how we build it to be great.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy that I am able to make a difference and work with a hard working group. It's hard to find people who are willing to share in their success and this group of people do that 10x over. It's a great environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hard working, caring, and willing to help no matter the situation. They are willing to jump on a call or ask for an opinion regardless of their time. In addition, we all look at each other in our successes as a unit and not individually.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that all parties had questions about my past and where I saw myself in the future. No matter who it was, they all had something pertinent to my job and my potential role. They cared about my growth and how I would be a fit here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard and play hard as well. We have a good time as a unit but we also know that the person next to us is working double time to ensure that we continue to be successful. It is an amazing feeling to have that every day.
