Drift has been a rocket ship! You are constantly learning, pushing yourself and driving toward higher standards and success. Its motivating to keep pushing our selves in service of our goals and our customers goals.

I think our co-workers are action oriented, understand the mission of the company and work efficiently and collaboratively
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Drift has just approached compensation from a frugal standpoint and has not revisited promotions and compensation during the pandemic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honesty, their ability to relate and communicate with all employees. They try to drop their ego. They are focused on their people and the business outcomes not their own gains.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really love our leadership team and mission! I think they are investing in the right places and I think we truly are on a rocket ship. We are learning everyday! And its embraced!
