Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unrealistic workload expectations to get done 8:30-4:30. Working lots of overtime due to current conditions and am not able to be compensated for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely positive and encouraging. Focuses on growth and staying on the path. Everyone seems to understand their position and ready for big next step. Leadership is very transparent. Answers the tough questions.
