Everyone's willingness to be themselves.....and chip in if they feel they can help. I never get tired of hearing "I've got you!"

I feel challenged every day. No one day is identical to another and I'm given the opportunity to lean into projects and expand my skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation is a nice perk. Our health benefits are better and cost less than I've had in the past. The opportunity for a sabbatical is also nice.
