Leadership team is drive and focused - more recently it's been refreshing to see more clear direction in terms of our long term company goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really enjoy my role at Drift but believe a higher salary and more aggressive bonus structure would make my compensation closer to what I would be offered outside of the organization.
