Dyncorp management functions best when they are on vacation and do not involve themselves in any aspect of the job.
If Dyncorp bothered to check references, half of my co-workers would have never been hired. Dyncorp attempts to fill positions with the most incompetent people that can find, as they are less inclined to criticize poor Dyncorp management practices.
