Make a better assessment of who to promote for management. Somebody that shows actual leadership skills and that exercise is common sense.
Management tends to act like they're above anybody else and tends to talk down to you instead of to you the majority of them black leadership qualities so most of the workers tend not to show them any respect
Management needs to learn or get the proper education to manage they also need to learn how to take responsibility when they have made a mistake lastly just stop with the attitudes if you're not happy in your position find another job don't bring that negativity to work
