Communication is the biggest issue...it’s like they hold a secret that no one can ever know. people skills, realizing this is the civilian world and not the military.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is good, benefits are albeit non existent. No 401k match, 2 sick days a year that you lose if you don’t use, health care is extremely subpar.
