Low compensation package - with no merit increases in years. No equity options or benefits. A lot was promised when the new management came in - none has seen the light of the day yet!

The root cause is the executive team. They might have good intentions but they are terrible misguided. It seems they are not in tune with today's workers and methods. The current leadership team seems to believe that a team sits together always else fails. They need to modernize their thinking.
