There should be fair experience allowance for those who already have 2 years of experience before applying in Enshored.

We, tenured agent has lower offer than the newly hired which is very dissapointing on our side. I hope this issues will be resolved as soon as possible because I do love the company but the compensation is unfair. Thank you.

there should be a performance increase yearly. I feel like there's no growth since the increase will still need to be initiated by your immediate sup, no assurance that it will happen. What if you're someone who's not on your immediate sup's favor, what will happen then?

useless people are being promoted and those who are truly working are getting NTEs and unfair treatment
