Provide more follow-up on decisions. Like a conversation with the hiring manager about why pay rates have gone up and how that. will impact the team. By not having conversations about decisions made in the upper levels it is harder to manage downstream.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary significantly (~50k) lower than industry average for my experience level

I feel undervalued because every time i reach out to HR i don't actually get a response unless I do it repeatedly. I am still waiting on a response from when i reached out a month ago. In terms of compensation it would be great to know what is being done to level up the entire staff on compensation

There are certain roles that bridgers take on in addition to their main job that significantly helps the company culture yet there is very little in the way of recognition or compensation for that hard work that can often times feel like an additional full-time job.

Due to limited resources, many (most) employees are doing the work of multiple roles. If there isn't resources to add headcount, then people's compensation should be raised to offset the extra work load and provide more incentive.
