What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is easy to communicate with, full of support and wisdom, with a structure of success and growth. It is rare to work for a company so focused on giving their employees a rewarding career. Express cares for the people and it shows.

Letting people have time to be properly trained. I was only given a week and a half. My first trainer trained me incorrectly, which I reported to my supervisor, two days later, I was fired.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I receive full benefits from my employer, with full medical from a reputable provider, with easy to reach agents, tele-health options, and competitive dental and vision packages. I don't pay a dime for medical insurance, which is almost unheard of in corporate America.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is led with great management, but best of all, we get along in and out of work, and have constructive team meetings regularly. We share ideas and successes. I thoroughly enjoy my coworkers and am grateful for a healthy workplace culture.

I happen to work with a diverse group of people, and I love that we can discuss all topics in a healthy way, communicate effectively, and allow our differences to shine, rather than isolate us.

When I interviewed with the office supervisor, we had great conversation that highlighted my skills, while also respectfully getting to know me as a person. I felt respected and valued right away, and that feeling never left!
