What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package at Fetch would be the overall Medical Benefits and the Health Savings Account option. It has been extremely beneficial in putting money to the side for health related expenses.

Every person I have encountered at Fetch is welcoming and eager to help each other get things done for the greater good of the company & each other. I don't think I have ever had a negative interaction with anyone at Fetch.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fetch gives the flexibility and understanding of its employees most other employers ignore. I never feel anxious going into my day, I truly look forward to the work I do and the people I interact with. Days off are great, but I never feel I am dying to get to the next day off. I enjoy my work.
