What do you like best about the leadership team?
Wes leads the company in setting a positive company culture. If culture is bad, everything else will fail, so I'm glad that of all things, culture is a top priority.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to problem solve any challenge that is brought to me. I'm solutions oriented and enjoy that there's always something new being thought of to improve our product or meet client needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hear about new prospects being considered for higher roles than some high performing employees who have been at Fetch for a long time. Some might feel like they're put on the backburner as new, shiny prospects are considered for roles and high compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can come to work as their authentic self. There's no judgement for age, gender, sexual orientation, appearance, or anything else. Everyone is welcome, and as long as you do your job well, you can expect to be a valued member of the Fetch Fam.
