It really started out great but since rapid expansion things have just not been the same

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Constant efforts to make everyone feel included

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

inclusiveness in diversity and strive to move the company foward

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers who better understand life situations. A lot of coworkers have said rude and disrespectful things to me, not understanding what I am going through or my position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am constantly doubling my responsibilities to get no raises or promotions. I know I get paid the same as some employees who don't have as many responsibilities as I do. I am always fighting for a promotion, and never get the chance to be heard on the promotion

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Constantly trying to fight for a promotion that seems to go nowhere. Increasing my responsibilities without pay. Truly not "unlimited PTO". The insurance has worse coverage than it did in previous years. I don't feel listened to or heard on my ideas, or how I am feeling. I feel useless and ignored.
