I like that the leadership team allows employees to make the decisions they think are best for the company, even if that sometimes means those decisions might be mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How my compensation was determined seemed very opaque. When I look at comparable roles on sites like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, or Levels.fyi, the reported salaries range from much less to much more than my current compensation.
