What I like best about the leadership team is that they are accessible. I regularly interact with our COO despite only being a middle-level manager. They care about their teams and are invested in them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is our ability to be friends but challenge each other's ideas. We laugh and joke, but we also all push each other to be better. I love the collaboration, the camaraderie, and the commitment to excellence.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the fair pay. At previous jobs, I would have to beg, cut from other parts of my budget, and work for months to get my high performers deserved raises. None of that exists at Fetch. You get paid what you are worth.
