Focus on employee happiness and preventing burnout.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is nice, but having unlimited (in a much better fashion that most companies) is probably my favorite part.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on exciting projects, with the autonomy to be able to explore new technologies and paradigms when they fit the use-case.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Huge focus on employee well-being. I never feel like I am being over-worked or will be penalized if I need to take a personal day to reset.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is upbeat, and I was included in decision making from week one (even as a relatively junior hire). In general, I feel respected and like I would be friends with anyone outside of work.
