This is the first company I've worked for that provides unlimited PTO. My manager trusts me, and that's the policy.

We have many ways of connecting with each other! Different groups and chats are available for with people that share interests.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership knows that Fetch is comprised of humans doing work. Humans have wants and needs outside of work and they recognize that a happy and healthy worker leads to productivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each week we share a fun fact with each other. At the beginning of big team meetings, it seems off if we don't spend the first 5-10 minutes casually catching up.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling after just finishing up a positive call with a client. At the end of the day, it's these partnerships that help drive success, and when things go really well you feel a great sense of satisfaction.
